HR Director
A graduate of a Business School and after discovering Human Resources Development challenges at Total and Danone, Flore joined VINCI Group in 2011.
She spent 11 years at VINCI Airports, in a context of strong international development with many new acquisitions and integrations and where she evolved in several positions in Human Resources. She was also in charge of leading Health & Safety policy of VINCI Airports for 5 years.
In 2021, Flore moved to Cambodia as Human Resources Director to manage 3 airports in a crisis context before being appointed Human Resources Director of Geoquest.
Convinced about Human potential and passionate of cultural diversity, Flore likes to raise challenges and build close relationships with people.
